- The business must not be a national franchise or have a drive-thru.
- The property owner must be current on all taxes.

- Submit an Application – Applications are available online or in-person at the Nampa Development Services Center.
- Project Review – NDC staff will review applications and determine eligibility.
- Approval Process – Approved projects will move forward to agreement signing, permit acquisition, and construction.
- Reimbursement Submission – Upon project completion and compliance verification, businesses can submit documentation for reimbursement.
