Boise developer Hawkins is planning a large mixed-use project called Syringa Crossing on 55 acres at the intersection of Amity Rd. and Meridian Rd. The project will include residential, commercial, and office spaces, with 408 apartments and townhomes primarily on the southwest corner.
The northwest corner will feature 16 commercial lots, including a 63,000-square-foot building potentially for a grocery store. The site plans also propose amenities like clubhouses, a swimming pool, sports courts, a community garden, and walking pathways.
This is the second pre-application submission for the project, which is still in the early stages and requires several approvals before proceeding.
